From beginners to experienced Black Belts. We can teach you
or help perfect your punches and kicks as well honing your
sparring techniques. Your kickboxing sessions can also include
self defence and/or circuit style fitness training.
From basic blocks to advanced take-down, your trainer will
cover armed and unarmed defence as well as multiple attackers/directions
and ways of getting free if someone grabs you.
Nothing too complex or fancy, just proven self defence techniques
that will help you feel safer and more confident.
Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural
muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential
to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates
exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine
and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this
alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent
Pilates is not designed to be a complete physical fitness
discipline. For example, in its more original forms, it does
not supply effective cardiovascular training.
